Fantasy All-Star Rock Band, Day 36: Pick your favorite VOCALIST!

Congratulations to WHO CREAMED WHO, the band name chosen to represent our 60s British Invasion-themed band! (Name coined by a21schizoidman....thanks! )

    Day 1: Vocalist: Roger Daltrey
    Day 2: Guitarist: Eric Clapton
    Day 3: Drummer: Keith Moon
    Day 4: Bass: Paul McCartney
    Day 5: Keyboardist: Rod Argent
Day 6: Songwriter: McCartney and Lennon (yes, Sir Paul gets top billing for once)
Day 7: Band Name: Who Creamed Who

Now it's time to open it back up to a free-for-all....no themes this week. Just pick your favorite rock VOCALIST, male or female, living or dead, any rock subgenre, from the 1950s to present, to start up the new band! (And I'll be joining the voting from here on out....I've got opinions too, dammit )

    Clean slate for Band #6:
    Day 1: Vocalist: ???
    Day 2: Guitarist: ???
    Day 3: Drummer: ???
    Day 4: Bassist: ???
    Day 5: Keyboardist: ???
    Day 6: Songwriter(s): ???
    Day 7: Name This Band!

You may *not* select from the pool of "retired" band members:

    Frank Zappa
    John Petrucci
    Neil Peart
    John Entwistle
    Keith Emerson
    Robert Plant
    Jeff Beck
    Bill Ward
    Jack Bruce
    Ray Manzarek
    Rob Halford
    Dave Mustaine
    Scott Ian
    Steve Harris
    Dave Lombardo
    Ann Wilson
    Steve Howe
    Stewart Copeland
    Geddy Lee
    Rick Wakeman
    Roger Daltrey
    Eric Clapton
    Keith Moon
    Paul McCartney
    Rod Argent

(For future reference, regarding "outside agents" brought in as songwriters: I'm not going to retire songwriters who aren't directly attached to the band. This not only gives them a shot to appear in a band of their own, but it also reflects the notion of noted songwriters giving their songs to other bands.)

Good luck, and happy voting! (Voting closes at ***10 PM EST*** tomorrow.)

Shatner should be in the "Bad Band" one.

WGG Radio- SgtDill- Sting never saw a song where he didn't think, "You know, I think it would be better with 2 more minutes of chorus at the end."

I'm saving Roseanne Barr for the "bad band" one, myself.
