    thats what i think. Slash is just Cool. so many guitarists try to be as cool as him but fail miserably.

    While he may be perhaps my FAVORITE guitarist, he is not the best I realize. I think he belongs in an argument for the top 10, in company with:

    Eric Clapton
    Jimmy Page
    Hendrix
    Duane Allman
    Kirk Hammett
    Stevie Ray Vaughn
    George Harrison
    B.B. King
    Brian May
    Tom Morello

    I could probably go on and swap some of these guys out with other guys. It's so damn tough, although I suppose if I had to put a few guys at the top Clapton and Hendrix are rocks.
