Pretty hard choice. I really like Offspring and REM is cool, but Losing My Religion doesn't seem like it's be that much fun. In 08, all three songs were really fun. Despite really liking Offspring, 3 is more than 2, and the songs in '08 when I got them were only $1 each.

Have a wii, so don't know about last years DLC
But I do know the songs.
Serj Tankian's is awesome, BUT I hate playing CrushCrushCrush.
<3REM, and I wouldnt mind buying Offspring.

"Shockwave" introduced me to one of my new favorite bands, but "The Kids Aren't Alright" has always been one of my all-time favorites, along with "All I Want" which is bad ass, and a classic like "Losing My Religion." 09 is the clear choice for me.

I like 09 better. I love the offspring. Even though I really like Serj, 2 songs is better than 1. I remember this week of 2008, there was a delayed announcement and the forums were going crazy about it. I even made a thread about how hmxsean was online and that's where most of the talking about the delayed announcement went. I felt proud to be able to stop all the "Where the hell is the announcent!!??" threads. That was a very interesting night.

Gah I don't know, I got all of the songs last year. I never play any of them but I feel REM will be killer on vocals. 09
