    Dream Theater is a fusion genre named Progressive Metal, like Kamelot. It is no more prog than it is metal and vice versa.

    Not necessarily true. Bands these days seem to forget how to balance the Progressive and Metal elements, and very often the music ends up being nothing more than pretentious, self-indulgent wankery.
