    Prog Metal. Which is odd, because they sound nothing like the other prog metal band that everyone knows (Tool).

    Well, that's easy to explain because

    1.) Tool is Progressive Rock, not Progressive Metal.
    2.) Progressive Metal is a broad genre. It's not as limited in sound as, say, Thrash Metal or Power Metal.
