I was gonna put Keith Emerson because he would be good with Dio's voice, but Lord would be better suited to Dio's voice and Santana's 1337 gweetar skillz...I don't think Emerson would want to share the spotlight with a guitarist that good anyways...
basically what i thought, with such a great guitarist already there, Keith wouldn't fit in, that and the fact that his over-the-top-ness won't combine good with the band

Nothing against the keyboard, I just don't see it working.

    I'll go with Lord, too.
I *do* think we need a steenkin' keyboardist, though -- Dio's used to them, and plus the keyboardists have got no lovin' for the past two bands....

I strongly disagree with the statement, but I will find it hilarious if this option wins.
    Nope.

Lord and Dio would be strange combination because of how Blackmore left Deep Purple for Rainbow.

This is probably too late to have an effect, but I think that in the future the keyboardist day should be changed to a "fifth instrument" deal. That way people can vote for rhythm guitar or keyboards or harmonica or whatever.

For instance, this week, I'm getting a little of a saxophone vibe from the band and think that Clarence Clemons, the guy from the E-Street Band, would be a good fit for the band.

first off, I dont understand why people seem to have no respect for keyboardists
second, I agree with buddy above, a sax would go better with these guys
    Bassists do it better
