    I might consider doing drums.

On a side note I'm going to make another thread for this. So we don't crowd up this one. Anyone else want to join in this.
I don't have any recording equipment (right now any way) just need a webcam and I should be able to get some vocals recording

For an idea on my range here are some songs I can cover and sound very very close to the actual singer (just some really high pitches I can not reach):

    You can also, add:
Any The Mars Volta, Dream Theater (perfectly ), The Who (when Daltrey is lead vocals), and Black Sabbath

only do this if you have AMPLE free time. I can't tell you how long this takes and how expensive it is. You essentially have to be your own engineer as well as be the band. Cool thing about a band is you have 3-4 other people flowing with 1 laid out idea and it kind of happens from there. You sit by yourself and you have to work out the tech end as well as the creative. I've nearly put my guitar through my laptop on a few occasions from frustration, after fiddling and tweaking settings for an hour and a half and then getting writers block.

And what, be more like you????

    nah

i should. I really should. But i don't own a drum machine nor drums, so that makes it difficult. And my keyboard's samples are really sh*te. It's over 17 years old.

He's actually a really good singer, he was just sorta nervouse because he'd never sang in front of anyone but a couple people before, he's primarily a guitarist.
