ok... I just started singing a month ago.. and just now decided for the 'ell of it to play They're Red Hot on vox...

and I have one question:
Could it scroll by any faster!? I couldn't even see the words or pitch since it was all a blur! -- screw breakneck, how about a 'walking speed' ??

I honestly don't see a way they could make the scrolling slow. Ultimately it scrolls by the tempo of that song, which is really fast.

Print out some lyrics online or, if you have the BSSM album (the actual CD), grab the booklet and just read the words off of that. That's pretty much the only option.

Have you tried Static Mode for the lyrics ?

I think it might help you since the lyrics don't scroll...

The same way they do breakneck speed on the other instruments - vary the amount that's on screen at once. But instead of putting less on the screen so it appears faster (breakneck speed) it would have more on the screen so it appears slower... might involve some tiny letters though!

Static mode is probably easier for this sort of song.

If the lyrics are blurry, then just use Static Mode.

Static Mode is very similar to playing Karaoke.
