No, they definitely made melodic metalcore at points in their history (hell in the beginning they even had a bit of deathcore). And calling the stuff post-hardcore hurts post-hardcore just as calling them melodic metalcore hurts melodic metalcore. Whatever way you look at it such a joke should not be taken that way.
One time some *** wore a Merzbow shirt to class so we all threw rocks at him and kicked him in the head until he died lol

I'm not saying it because they "hurt" metalcore or post-hardcore. I'm saying it because they have no metal elements in their sounds. All their "-core" stylings are heavily biased on the hardcore side.

++ Arsis (the good albums, even A Diamond for Disease! ), Opeth
+ My Bloody Valentine, Michael Jackson, Silversun Pickups, Atheist, Napalm Death, Evile, Carcass
~ The Velvet Underground, Pixies, Deep Purple, Moss Icon

The Metric plays certainly didn't help, I absolutely abhor that band.

I ran a children's music radio show off of my laptop, so you may see some odd plays on there for a few artists, but nothing really bad.
im counting this as the last one before the long convo.

Nice, I like pretty much everything on there aside from At the Drive In, Billy Talent, and Fall of Troy. There are only a couple I don't know, and everyhting else is good.

You're welcome to include or exclude the plays I have from standup comedy and such... Whatever you want really.

I really don't see a lot of stuff i don't like on yours timmay, but that is a hell of a lot of 'Mats and Neil Young. I'll say, 8.45/10

Do you have indifference towards those 4 artists? If so, we have some issues to work out.

To be fair I have listened to over 100 different artists in the past week, and there is a steady decline of the number of plays for artists. I've been mixing it up this week with the Left of the Dial and No Thanks! box sets.

I was criticizing your rating, just saying I at least listened to a lot of other bands this week.
