Am I the only one who REALLY misses the Photo Creator??? Call it a silly reason, but it's one of the big reasons why I stopped keeping up with the series after RB2. They should really bring that stuff back!!!

I dearly miss that little widget. If there ever is a Rock Band 4 and they bring that feature back, I would gently place my hand on Henry's shoulder, smile while shedding a single tear of joy and say, "thank you."

I'd get a nosebleed watching somebody do that.

But yeah, an app on console or on the web for photo creator would deserve a return... if the wardrobe isn't faltered as it had been in RB3.

RB3 wasn't about the 'band' at all. So pretty much everything in that category of your fun virtual rockers went down the drain. Half arsed new designs/re-designs of clothing/hair... no personality. Again, half way there.

If there is a RB4 ever and it doesn't take itself so super duper no-gain casual, yet so freakin' serious at the same time maybe there's a chance of having a 'fun' band again.

I ended up using a hardware video interceptor (Hauppage) to record images and such. Then I just edit them into "jukebox volumes" and snap pictures using VLC and Gimp for cleanup.

The software is open source but gosh golly I *could* have spent that money on the hardware on more Rock Band stuff, darn ($kaching$).

And ... abynormal's artwork -- nice, very dynamic.
