Seriously, one of the most innovative and special artists of all-time.
Captain Beefheart is from the genius of Don Van Vilet, and is backed by His Magic Band. Seriously, listen to them. Give the songs on Trout Mask Replica more than one listen, they grow on you more and more with each listen.
If he was good enough for Zappa, he should be good enough for you.

I've not listen to a lot of Captain Beefheart, but eh I would buy it his tracks if they came to Rock Band.
