I've recently gained a liking for Weezer. I've accumulated more than 200 plays from them over the course of a week.

those first two records (and all the b-sides and rarities from that era) really don't receive the love they should from this particular subforum.

The ghost of MeleeMan has possessed you!

Really, though, I like Weezer a lot myself. Their last three albums have been pretty subpar for me, though, especially Make Believe and Red Album, and I can't say I actively like anything past Pinkerton.
Would you pay for music by Beck?
    Maybe.
What if you heard he owned a plane made of gold?
    Sure.
Good, because he needs the money.

Not until they were mentioned in the metal wishlist thread. I sampled them, and it wasn't my stuff.

Anyways, only a week ago I tried out Rumpelstitskin Grinder, a band someone mentioned here. Thanks for this! This is defintely the best thrash I've heard from this decade (in addition to Hypnosia's "Extreme Hatred"). It brings something different to the table unlike the majority of these thrash revivalists, which in my opinion are very unoriginal.
One time some *** wore a Merzbow shirt to class so we all threw rocks at him and kicked him in the head until he died lol

I just discovered how much I love the Ohio Players. Honey and Skin Tight are solid albums.
