I think it's got two reasons really I think

First my "Hatmonix" avatar is close enough to the real Harmonix logo to possibly confuse someone (I've had this happen)

Also I've had people confuse my "Rock Band 3 Setlist" thread as the real thing (again, I don't understand how but there it is)
