...Is This Statement True? (Part IV)

So what have we learned so far?

Chicken flavored ramen noodles are NOT the only ramen noodles worth eating, the N64 is NOT inferior to the PSX, and Pepsi's taste is NOT similar to the taste of urine.

So what do you think today?

This should be good. I vote true. The Simpsons seasons roughly 2-10 or so contain such good episodes or the most part, there's no doubt it's the best animated sitcom ever. Family Guy used recycled and/or unoriginal jokes that are mostly completely stupid.

I may be alone in this, but false.
May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?

*sigh* I knew I shouldn't have asked a forum full of children that haven't seen the Simpsons classics.

I ask all else to vote only if you've at least seen a couple older Simpsons episodes.

    WHAT?!

F**k you man. I'm 21! I remember when "Stark Raving Dad" first aired.

Oh, I did the Bartman, and I played The Simpsons arcade game (at an actual arcade) and Simpsons pinball (at the same arcade).

Family Guy, the Simpsons was always entertaining to watch, but i never laughed out loud to the Simpsons. Family Guy constantly makes me lol.

False. Each shows creativity have both been high in their early runs and staggered in their later seasons. Family Guy was influenced by The Simpsons and current pop culture yes. But I could also make connections to shows like Duckman and The Critic as minor influences to Family Guy.

Neither are better than the other but the fans and pop culture magazines would like to say otherwise.

*sigh* I knew I shouldn't have asked a forum full of children that haven't seen the Simpsons classics.

    Slow down there house cat.

Simpsons had/have better writers and original jokes that can't be argued. If you like unoriginal, random jokes spanned over twenty minutes without a story line Family Guy is your show.

    I'm off to bed.
