Dan all the way, especially after SFIV. Both his supers and ultra in that game are epic. Sakura is just another generic Japanese schoolgirl, but Dan is a joke character that makes fun of all the right other characters. Plus I just loved the sporadic SF aplha 3 opening pose for Sagat where he'd punch Dan a couple of times and then toss him aside before fighting the character he was supposed to fight.
