    Creators.RockBand.com seems to be down.

    Hmm...

Edit: It's back - same as before unfortunately.

So, when we get these songs, they will show up in a new location in the song list right? As in
    Rock Band
    Rock Band 2
    Downloads
    Rock Band Network
Kario Charts - Charting Uncharted Territory

And furthermore, you will use this as a scouting tool to hire more note trackers at Harmonix.

They could make a separate tab in the setlist called "Network"
But then again big artists could be on there.

    Edit: I'm a idiot.

No idea. A lot of thought does get put into the note charting, because it's much different to play something that makes sense than take the real instrument and make a good representation of that in the game.

But for me it's the animations, lighting, etc. The stuff experienced charters haven't really delved into before - but they're also allowed to be auto-generated it seems, which is nice if you're lazy.
Seems the tools given to create would be simplified and dumbed down to the point where anyone who had a song recorded could do it .
Were talking big time automations in animation, lighting, easy, medium, and hard mode charting etc. If this isnt in place the hype will die and the people still taking advantage of this will do so through the pros.

Will there be a way to release song packs/full albums at a discounted price, similar to regular Rock Band DLC?

No packs, individual songs only, as far as we've heard.

Order Status - Tranferred from regional warehouse to central carrier shipping hub

Correct. No packs for RBN. Artists can still release full albums but users will have to download the album songs individually.

Do you think that in the long term as it's standout tracks that are getting carried across to the PS3 (hopefully not for too long but that's largely in Sony's court now) that you might move across the big sellers into band packs across both systems?
