Okay, i've been checking XNA sites and it says my country (Norway) is supported yet it still shows unavailable from Rock Band 3 stores when i try to view a RBN song.

Maybe harmonix didn't get the message?

Norwegian developers can sell indie games, but Norwegian customers can't buy indie games. It's a moot point however, since only US developers can sell RBN material.

Current supported countries to buy XNA games: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Sweden, Singapore and Spain

Does anyone else miss the "random song" feature of the original RBN store? Sometimes, when looking around the RBN store, I really just want to throw a dart and see what I get.

Is it just me or is RBN not working? i try to buy songs but all it says is "content Unavailable".
