There is 1 billion of them.

And christian rock isn't a genre.

It not like singing about what they believe is hurting anyone. I don't listen to them so I don't know how hard they proselytize, but I don't expect Christian bands to be any more tight-lipped than satanic metal bands. Or do you also think there should be no hint of political views in music either?

Anyway, back on topic, both bands have elements that are annoying or outright grating for me, but I'd rather listen to Underoath. I guess.

1 in 4 human beings are Christian, therefore statisitically every band has one member.

And who said it was a genre?

That data is shoddy at best.

You implied it being a genre by comparing it to punk.

Moreover, it's no different than the Punk genre.

All I care about is how it sounds. Doesn't mean I like their ideas.

Most Death/Black Metal bands disagree with you there.

You're just searching for ways to fight with me now, pretty pathetic.
    How is the data shoddy?
If there's 2 billion Christians and 6.5 billion people, statistically it's 1 in about 4.

Considering Rock music is mainly a North American phenomenon, where Christians are more than 1 in 4 in numbers, 1 in 4 is low balling.

And I compared it to the punk genre, never stated it was a genre.

The data is shoddy because of how it was collected. And lulz at rock being a solely North American phenomenon.

Oh for god sake, it's a general comment. Most Rock bands are Canadian and American. Will you stop nit picking just because you don't like me, it's pretty unbecoming.

Definitely Underoath, they are miles ahead of TDWP in lyrics, song writing, and vocals by far.
