My guess is that it'll be "studio chatter" after the song completes and the dreamscape returns to the studio, i.e. not charted.

I always thought it was John yelling the phrase. I guess I was wrong. Anyway, it should be necessary that your drummer gets up, steals the lead mic and shouts it.
