I'm getting back into the concert saddle next month with both Maylene & the Sons of Disaster followed by Cracker/Camper Van Beethoven with a few days.

That was me on "Don't Sweat the Technique" - I would get SOCLOSE and then replay endlessly. that song still kills me and I can't automatically 5-star it. I'm totally sweating the technique!

Went to Water World yesterday - now I'm a Rock Lobster with the evil sunburn all over my shoulders and back!

WW remains an excellent place to just people-watch.

Far too many people who don't understand the concept that bikinis aren't meant for everyone. Lots of bad tattoos. Kids running amuck. And the occasional super-hot girl in a bikini who is somehow also ethereally pale (or maybe she stuck out because of the sea of leather/tan going on).

I Think more she stuck out because of all the other minorities there. Yes, I'm totally pulling out the race card and saying Mexicans dominate Water World.

I spent last night cranking out some vocal harmonies. Then I switched to Pro Keys and promptly was told to "get on bass" because I suck too much.

(Actually, it was so we could play the Soundgarden tracks but I have a feeling my sub-par performance had something to do with the timing)

I Haven't played Rock Band now in over a week. THOUGH I have gotten DLC from RBN I just have been too occupied with beating games and trying to get good at Dance Central ALSO so I CAN SHOW UP TO GREG AT C3 THAT WE DO THIS **** AND WE KNOW OUR **** UNLIKE ANY OF THEIR PEEPS! THAT'S RIGHT! CALLING YOU OUT, GREG AND C3! IF ANYONE IS WORTHY OF THIS DANCING ON A SCREEN **** THAT ISN'T SOME ***** ASS ARROWS OR WAVING ARMS AROUND IN A CIRCULAR ****ING MOTION IT'S US!
