Mastodon was really good. I was surprised - they aren't my cup of tea but the set was good.

deftones were .... good? I don't know any of their music.

Alice in Chains was crazy good - my only regret is we didn't spring for closer seats. Vids to be posted tonight - check out my YouTube!

I hope I don't have too much to worry about the Hendrix album being a "mixture of live and studio tracks." The live tracks in GHWT were serviceable, but I'd really rather have the studio versions.

Also, hey! Pearl Jam harmonies in RB3. I would rather have AiC, though. (totally jealous, Bunny!)

Pearl Jam is still awesome ... but yes, AiC would be supreme.

I can't even tell the how good the show was last night. Everything i needed and wanted it to be.

Now ... do I complete the Trifecta and see the Sword tomorrow night? This mom thinks yes.

My concert trifecta for me this month seems to be all over the place with BoB, Anthrax and closing it out with Ween. I'm still debating Bad Religion next month since I think two concerts will due next month and I think that's all I really need.

Pearl Jam harmonies work for me. Although agreed, Aic would be epic. I was expecting the "big band" to have updated DLC to be Queen.

I was expecting Boston or another 70s/80s era rock outfit. Pearl Jam just seems so misplaced.

Agreed. Eddie Vedder kinda drowns out any backups. Oh well, maybe this'll open the door for more. Boston would be great. I'd LOVE to see Smokin' charted correctly.

I Still don't think Pearl Jam is that "big band" to get backwards compatible DLC. If I remember right, some of the other earlier DLC also had harmony files in it. I Dare say it was someone off the country pack, if not a country themed DLC. Plus all it is it's just harmonies, no pro guitar/bass or keys support. Until I hear an official announcement I still think we've yet to be told or shown who.

Unless the Ft. Collins folks are going off an outdated event posting, FB has nothing to do with this. The fact it hasn't been updated only means there are no events currently listed. (I have to create individual events. Recurring events are unpossible.)

Sure, it's all rumors and speculation. I seem to remember reading a while back that pro drums have been programmed into DLC as far back as March or April of this year. It may be more than just harmonies, if so.

All you party people in the house ...

head over here to check out the latest video additions from the show last night. Getting good traction on "Nutshell" (which, along with Junkhead, was a true highlight of the show).

Also - you may be right Mr Pardy. Which would be, what - the second time that's ever happened? If that's the case, and I tend to agree that Pearl Jam isn't "big" enough, then I'm eagerly awaiting final confirmation.
