http://www.trackauthors.com/ -- their page actually says no longer doing RBN

Authority is part of the MegaMix, so I am sure they are still open, thus, I didn't delete their entry... the rest have been deleted. thanks for checking on those....

Yea, The Authority's definitely around. I think they just messed up with their hosting renewal or they went over their transfer limit.

So how can someone request for songs to be done by the charting group in the RBN. Or how would i go about finding the correct software to be able to chart on my own.

If anyone needs this, this is kept up to date by each individual Authoring Group

Wow looking at the OP and realizing that half those groups have crashed and burned is really depressing.

I think most of them wanted to go for it, then realized it was kinda hard and disorganized and then just quit out of disgust.

One thing is for sure, if you don't have the passion to do this because you love it, then you're going to fail.

ya totally. I didn't have the patience (and I'm very experienced with DAW's and composing with MIDI). That's why I need to farm some stuff out. I'm still mixing down, but will probably be contacting one of the groups in the next month or so.
Does anyone chart anymore? le sigh.

Heyo! Figure I'd finally met enough requirements to actually post here.

Lucid Charting is primarily an Australian RBN authoring group. We're looking to get a decent amount of Aussie artists onto the network, starting with small independent bands and, hopefully, working our way up to the big leagues (well, whatever is considered big in Australia).

    Our website is www.lucidcharting.com.au

The business is located in Newcastle, NSW (you need to be a registered business to apply for a .com.au domain). Depending on how it goes, we'll either start out with a small team of members, or I'll be doing this solo until I need to expand. So far we have one artist interested and ready to go once we get their master stems.

Also! We are affiliated with Fairwood Studios and have been in talks for a few months now. Since the current RBN model is open to US residents only, our releases will be proxy-released through to Fairwood Studios for the foreseeable future.

Feel free to take a look at the site FAQ and portfolio to get an idea on our stance and experience.

    Thanks!
