And because playing one cover at a live gig invalidates the thought put in the band's own original songwriting.

And because something one band has done invalidates the intelligent, layered songwriting of an entire genre.

I miss that thread. I don't know what happened to it, either. Was it just deleted because it got so big and no one thought to recreate it?

People kept changing it to keep it interesting because the same people kept winning it over and over because none of the updaters save for Antkid and I ever ventured outside of General section. But the changes were random different 'Of the Day's, like soup of the day. So eventually (after I had already stop updating) that we couldn't recreate what BillLauren could do, so they asked to lock it up
