    Bono's back surgery. Interpol was opening for U2, and they had planned the rest of their tour around those U2 gigs. no U2 gigs, no rest of their tours. lame reason i know.

    i know, i was going to see them in New Haven... oh well. They aren't anywhere near my favorite band or anything but it would have a been a good show.

    has anybody heard the new Fang Island?

    I'm only a few tracks in and I'm digging it quite a bit

    EDIT: just finished my first play through and this is gonna get a lot of play from me, probably gonna be the album of the summer
