You shouldn't make a thread just to mock/complain about someone.

Also, the last few times I've seen him post, he's said something that isn't about Real Love, and someone immediately replies to him with a Real Love joke

Yes, but not as annoying as that kid with Ringo as his avatar... His signature was something like "I'm Thirteen and I love the Beatles!" in big letters. He posted in like every thread and was really irritating. Was he banned?

Threads made for the sole purpose of calling out or criticizing another user are never a good idea. If all else fails, just put the users that bother you on ignore.
