A question about instruments

Up untill now, I've been buying RB games for the PS2 (hence, all of my RB instruments are for the PS2) and I've been buying GH games for the Wii (So, all my GH instruments are for the Wii) Since the PS2 version of TB:RB is not including a PS2 version, I have two questions:

1) Are GH instruments for Wii compatible with this game? I've heard guitars work, but I haven't heard about drums on Wii.

2) If not, will my PS2 controllers work on the PS3?
