I think the Nirvana song will be Smells Like Teen Spirit. Lithium and Come as you are will be released as dlc singles.
Muse- Supermassive Black Hole. With the whole "Twilight fad" thing going on, the choice seems logical.

Oh shizz.
Seriously, pretty much every game with Limp Bizkit gets an automatic DO NOT WANT. Have you even heard Fred Durst live- or (shudder) met him in person? For one, they have to distort his voice to make it sound bearable, and even then he sounds bad.
Also, I've met him. What a self-absorbed poser. I'd much rather have MMMBop by Hanson in there. Anyone remember that song?
I'm not removing this until we get some Daft Punk DLC. (since 3/26/10)
This thread has received an F--.
I think the chances of Nirvana coming anywhere near LEGO are slim to none.
There's not ONE song in the Nirvana discography that's kid friendly. Yeah, not every song features 4-letter words, but every single one is heavy, usually depressing as hell, and deals with subject matter ranging from rape to incest to drugs to murder....
ain't gonna happen
Of the many posts listed so far, the only ones I agree with that are likely to pass the Kid-Friendly Lego Test:
Hanson -- MMBop
Power Rangers Theme
Weird Al -- Dare To Be Stupid
B-52s -- Rock Lobster
Cyndi Lauper -- Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
Village People -- YMCA
Ramones -- Rock N Roll High School
Weezer -- Beverly Hills
Peaches -- POTUSA
Foo Fighters -- Big Me
REM -- Stand
Rush -- The Spirit of Radio
Flock of Seagulls -- I Ran
Spongebob -- Goofy Goober Rock

Based on DLC that we've gotten, I wouldn't be surprised by:
Evanescence - Going Under
Maroon 5 - This Love
Paramore - Decode or For a Pessimist I'm Pretty Optimistic
Billy Idol - Dancing With Myself
Weezer - Island in the Sun
Fleetwood Mac - The Chian
RBN is the greatest invention known to man! (Aside from RB3)

Beverly Hills - Weezer
A Coldplay song
Jailhouse - Elvis Presley

I think these might be relatively good guesses. Also, some artists I predict:
