When the forum is actively promoting it?
Yes, we must, if we just turn our backs to the issue, we're just as guilty as those doing it.

If Harmonix has issues with export keys that don't require unique ownership of said product who are any of you to judge the morality of it.
If they didn't want it to happen, rent n' rip, they would not have designed it to work that way.
Pretty simple really.
Regarding Lego:RB, since there are other companies involved, TT Games & The Lego Group I am pretty sure they will allow the export one time per game disc per unique owner...just like the track packs and AC/DC. If not, then rent n' rip, as coined earlier in this thread, is perfectly legitimate IMO.

Wow, you get petty when somebody counters all your points with 2 simple sentences.
It bothers you that it goes against your morals, and the company that you are trying to defend is the one suggesting it.
HMX knows how it works (they suggested it). If they allow a export like we are talking about, we are not devauling the game by doing something THEY ALLOW.
Logic 101.
Stop making sense, it confuses people.
Difference being, as pointed out in the above message, that Lego Rock band is a completely new game, so sales would take a dip if it could simply be rented and exported. I doubt that HMX devs would approve of that with a new game. With Rock Band 1, most of the people who were exporting already owned the game, and it wasn't too big a deal for some to rent and export. This is not the same situation.
Which is why it will not be a one-time export fee, it will be a code like the track packs all had.
Own and beat all DLC (and on-disc songs - RB1 & 2) on Expert guitar, drums, and vocals. (except five songs on drums)
