    I wonder if a 5-fret chord with only guitar for 30 seconds will be allowed as a song.

    i suspect the main problem people wanting their one-note songs on RBN will encounter is the fact that the charting groups will likely have no interest in aiding them, so they'll have to pay the $99, get their asses on reaper, and do the work themselves.
