4'33" is already in rock band 2. just fire up freestyle mode with the drums and sit there for four or five minutes while your friends hold their plastic guitars. This technique can also work for any song of any length that has no notes.

Why would you even bother to try? Anybody is going to know from the preview or downloadable playable demo that it's just silence and nobody's going to buy that.

I know a lot of people who would pay for some peace and quiet time.

This whole thread is just funny. I long for the days when it actually took talent to create art. But these days, anybody who can splatter paint, or put a crucifix in a bottle of urine is suddenly a great artist.

Personally, I don't see the controversy, unless the controversy is that people in this country have lost the ability to distinguish crap from art. Oh wait, I forgot, crap IS art these days...
