DLC playable in story mode?

Will DLC be able to be played in story mode? Its not a huge deal but its my most wanted feature for this game.

A lot of people want this feature, but I can't see it being incorporated in story mode any further than added to the chapter challenges.

I don't see why it couldn't be added to the story mode. *Possible Spoilers ahead*

From what I've seen, the story mode is simply a list of songs from a certain era or venue. The DLC could simply be added to the list in the correct venue/era. You don't have to worry about it effecting cinematic because they only happen between venues. It could easily work but I'm not saying it will.
