Wii Beatles Rock Band Question

Is it true that if you get it for wii only 2 players can play at a time??? That makes no sense to me....

Where did you read that? Only limitation I know is that all vocalists have to be on the same console for online. But that is true for all systems.

Sounds like the guy wants your dad to buy another system with his game purchase, lol. If only 2 players can play that would defeat the entire "Band" gameplay that makes RB so popular. Always research yourself before heading out to the store. Good job looking here first, I commend thee. Get the game knowing that 3 vocalists a guitarist a bassist and a drummer can all play at the same time. With the exception of three part harmonies having to be on the same console for online gameplay.

You need to use a USB Hub to plug all the instrument dongles in + Mic leads.

I'm not sure if you need a powered one or not.

Not true at all! The Beatles: Rock Band will support up to 6 players (guitar, bass, drums and 3 singers) at once. I hope that answers your question!

I think the confusion is because the back of the box shows a controller with a "2". It looks like a 2 person game from the normal box markings.

Then the guy from the game store must read books by their cover aswell, lol. Never hurts to do your own research.
