    Trouble with drums

Set up my TB:RB drums today and something is seriously wrong. They are so sensitive I can barely touch them without registering double hits. This is with drum silencer pads on them too. I took them off and same problem. No matter what I do I fail out, and this is after playing the game with my RB2 drums. No matter how well I hit the notes I can't build up an momentum. Anyone experiencing problems?

I'm having the opposite problem. To register a hit on the yellow and blue pads, I need to really beat down on them, which is hard for me to do during fills. Would these types of issues qualify for the warrenty program?

I would assume (but you know what that means), that this would be covered by the warranty program. Last time they made me send in the whole kit, disc included, to cover the warranty. If they do this again I am going to demand my money back and just buy the game. If it's not covered by the warranty I am going to make a little Beatles corner in my games room and leave it at that and play with my RB2 drums.

I am also having problems with double-hitting on my green cymbal...

Problems here too....we can register hits while the opening plays doing freestyle but when the real notes start to roll, no hits register whatsoever. The first couple of days the drums would disconnect every 60 seconds or so with fresh batteries. Are these drums doomed to be returned and is that even an option? Got the TB:RB LE for XBox 360..... HELP PLEASE??? THANKS!! MotherSquid

If you got the bundle there should have been a bright pink piece of paper in it with the support numbers and contacts on there. If you don't have it,
