So has anyone hit all achievements/trophies yet?

Personally I'm doubting I ever will, got stuck at 70% on RB2. I just feel I should bow to anyone who obtains the Blisters on My Fingers trophy.

I keep getting 99%, the rolls at the end of the song (and my inability to play them perfectly) kill my FC. Oh well, practice mode it is!

I need 4 more achievements. Double/Triple fab pair, blisters on my fingers, and complete Beatle Beats.

This. Those fills really throw me off, because I keep getting off-tempo, and don't know whether I'm hitting the notes or not. Its frustrating because this only happens in TB:RB but not in RB2/GHWT. I'm really close to getting that achievement that I can taste it.

I got 95% on Helter Skelter, I'll never 100% it though. Tourettes makes it rather hard.
