I saw on the main Beatles Rockband site that there is a list posted of albums being ready for download on the dates specified for each. But they list songs that are already in the game, such as 'Octopus's Garden', sooo..does that mean if we were to download the album, we will have two of the same songs? anyone have an idea?

The albums will contain the songs NOT on disc. Only exception, likely, is Sgt Pepper containing a different non-mash up version of Within You Without You. This is the same thing they did with the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pearl Jam in RB2. Give It Away and Alive weren't part of the download since they were already on disc.

At the time of that press release, HMX was still trying to obscure the last song in the game, that's why they listed all the songs for each album to come, so they wouldn't tip their hand.
