A couple questions

Ok so I definitely plan to make songs for the Rock Band Network when it goes into open beta, as I have an XNA subscription. However, there are some questions that seem unclear.

1: What are the restrictions on content in Names/Lyrics?

2: I have a song that uses the main melody from Saria's Song, From the Legend Of Zelda, Ocarina of Time, but everything else is original. I've seen bands steal riffs from classics and get away with it. (Undead by Hollywood Undead's Keyboard Riff is Ozzy's Crazy Train.) Is my song legal enough to put in RBN?

The same restrictions that are used on all current Rock Band DLC. This is covered in the documentation that will be released when the RBN authoring tools are released.
