Apparently, Activision is bringing something new to the table (good job). Though, with the experience HMX has, they can probably top it. So, how long before Harmonix brings their answer to DJ Hero. Also, what features should it have.

It should be called, "Rock Band 3"

The contents of the above post are likely sarcastic.

Given that no one knows for certain how the North American market will accept yet another spinoff music game (or maybe they do: poorly), I think it's wise to stay out of that field.
I think they should counter with their own new game, DJ Request Band, where the player will make his way up to the DJ and request songs. Higher levels require a higher level of blood alcohol content. But the only real way to beat the game is to be a female character.

They would be wise to just leave this one alone and focus on RB3. Too many eggs in too many baskets can be nothing but trouble.
About the only way I see Harmonix going into this willingly would be in a sort of joint partnership with Activision in an attempt to create more content for the DJ Hero peripheral.
...that being said, since the odds of it are somewhere below "snowball's chance", I say just skip.
