Do we have to be at least 18 years old to put songs into RBN? If we do then is there anyway my band can put our songs into RBN if we are all under 18??

You have to be 18 to create an XNA account, so you would need to get an authoring company or individual who is at least 18 to submit your songs.

Get your older brother to sign for you. It always helped me in the teen years

Or get a friend's brother, or a friend. Or maybe your parents if they are cool :P.
Remember, you have to be "18". Know the rules. Play with them.
