I almost always have a Morbid Angel, Obituary, Coroner (not quite death), and Opeth almost always in my 6 disc changer here at work. Its been death as #1 for me for quite some time now. As for doom I love doom, hell I love almost all metal. Its more a matter of what Im in the mood for. As for black metal I dont keep up with most new stuff. I think the latest black metal CD I went out and bought were Cobalt's Gin and I grabbed 3 Root CDs offa ebay. I pretty much have all of the first wave bands' CDs and a a good helping of the 90s stuff. The mood for black metal doesnt happen as much as the my mood for death metal. I have nothing against any genre.
