    Deathj - Scream Bloody Gore

Don't get me wrong, I know how influential it is, but listening to that today, the prodsuction is terrible, the guitar playing is crap and the songwriting and lyrics aren't very good.

    Influential doesn't mean good.

    Beck - Stereopathetic Soulmanure

While technically Mellow Gold was his "major" label debut, this one was also available in stores just a wee bit earlier.

It has Satan Gave me a Taco, which is mildly entertaining but notable only in that it was referenced on SGC2C.

Some of it was polished and re-released as B-Sides or sampled in later releases. It is otherwise unremarkable, crazy-ass lo-fi ****.

Worth a download for noise samples if that's your thing.

He'll kill you for that little review on his favourite artist.

"Great King Rat" and "Keep Yourself Alive" are two of Queen's best songs.

Most definitely I hated how they split the singing on Mezmerize and Hyponotize.

I actually don't disagree strongly with you like everyone else assumed I would. It's easily my least favorite of his releases. It does win major cool points for having "Rowboat" on it, though. That song more than makes up for the rest of the album.

For the record, if you want to get technical, Golden Feelings was his first album release.
Would you pay for music by Beck?
    Maybe.
What if you heard he owned a plane made of gold?
    Sure.
Good, because he needs the money.

Never Mind the Bollocks... Here's the Sex Pistols.
You've got Anarchy in the U.K., and then eleven songs that sound like Anarchy in the U.K.
God Save the Queen miiight be an exception, but I was still really disappointed when I first listened through it.

It's the main reason why I stopped listening to those two albums. His singing is just annoying. And I don't have that problem with any singer.

Same here. I mean he joined the band as a guitarist and should remain STRICTLY a guitarist. Serj has one of the best voices in heavy metal.
