On the XMB, go to the left where all the settings options are. Go down to Security Settings and make sure your Parental Control is set to Level 9, and the other things are turned off if you don't want to deal with them.
Edit: I guess 9 isn't the highest. Turn it off too. Mine was 9 by default I think, and it goes 1-11-off. 1 being the most restrictive, 11 being the least besides off.

It's simple just wait until it's confirmed the new content is available for ps3 then try for it and see what it says, i am sure u will not hav any problems and also u will know it's available by other people on here saying they hav it on there ps3.

everything's fine. I guess because there wasn't yet any DLC, it just said I couldn't connect.

it was just because the content wasn't ready. I waited and was able to download from the Music Store just fine. HMX might think about correcting that message so users like me aren't sent on a wild goose chase for no reason. :-)

You can get it from the PSN Store not the in-game store because, as with on-line play, the in-game server for this game for all PAL regions is down and nobody can be bothered to fix it in the last 5 days.
