Exporting LRB for the PS3

So I go to do this & it turns out PS3 owners have to wait until Nov 12th to export the songs! WHAT A LOAD OF HORSE PLOP!! Why on earth would there be a 8 day wait? I'm really getting tired of getting screwed by Harmonix just cuz I have a PS3. I have to wait a few extra days for DLC, the new RB patch STILL hasn't come out for PS3, and now this! I pay just as much for the game as Xbox owners do (they can immediately export LRB). Anybody else tired of being 2nd in line just for owning a PS3?

dude, it's just a week. why not enjoy the game. it's actually fun

and there's a lot worse things going on in the world then you having to way a few days to play some silly songs that will be there for a long tome to come
