Lego Rock Band Region Free?

As per title... since the ntsc-j region is still eagerly awaiting rock band 2, i'm worried that this niche title might be affected by the fascist territorial lockout regime.

Somebody help allay my fears!

i've been told it is, and i'm tempted to check it out as its not here for another 3 weeks, but i'm dubious so i'm leaving it and being patient for a change.
