Uhh, why fix what isn't broken? And RB:The Who exists only in rumours.

Not really. Roger Daltry said about The Beatles: Rock Band in an interview: "Yeah, yeah. They're making a Who one next year". So, it's not really a rumor anymore.

I'd still call that a rumor. He might be mistaken. Until Harmonix confirms, it is not true.

I guess, but it's more reliable than something like "I heard it from a friend" or whatever.

Rock Band 3's song selection screen in quickplay will be the EXACT SAME song selection screen we've come to hate.

You won't be able to save playlists.

You won't be able to rate tracks.

You won't be able to see your bass scores.

You won't be able to see how many stars you have on ANY instrument.

You won't be able to scroll through just the artist names.

In addition the same way you can't change difficulty or instruments or add in new people in the middle of a song in The Beatles Rock Band. You won't be able to do that in Rock Band 3.

You won't be able to see how many times you've played a song.

You won't be able to import your scores from Rock Band 2 into Rock Band 3.

I would prefer if Rock Band 3 kept allllll the same venues, characters, clothes, graphics, dance moves, EVERYTHING if they added the above functionality to the Rock Band platform.

I am nearly 100% positive I will be disappointed with Rock Band 3.

The truth is... Harmonix is designing Rock Band 3 to appeal to the most people. I don't think Harmonix is designing Rock Band 3 for those hardcore players who have bought 80-100% of the DLC and have MASSIVE libraries of music they want to be able to see/sort/rate/track in all kinds of different ways.

Like I said, I will be disappointed in Rock Band 3 because I don't think Harmonix has the programming capabilities to do half of what I've described above... aaaaannnndddd supporting all the DLC that has come out and the importable tracks probably rules out about all of what I've suggested as the data just isn't there...

sigh... who cares about new clothes/venues/graphics/dance moves? I DO NOT!

Let's face it you know nothing and are basically over reacting to absolutely nothing. Stop acting like an idiot.

☐ Neil Young ☐ OLP ☐ Sex Pistols ☑ Sublime ☐ Supertramp ☐ ZZ Top

I speculate the opposite of that whole post. Don't doubt HMX's programming capabilities to their fullest.

Go go gadget self-fulfilling prophecy! I predict you're absolutely right, because you've already set yourself up for failure. Good job, way to keep a positive attitude!

If HMX were to put less songs on disc, maybe they could add all that and more to the game. I love the 84 songs on RB2, but after seeing what they did with the 20 free download, I could imagine that they could just put less songs on disc and give us a nice 30-40 song dlc pack for free, with the price of a new copy of RB3 of course. I too would like to see new clothing and venues, new animations, new hair, and maybe some better visuals to keep my characters long flowing hair from clipping into their clothes. It's worth it imo.
