Export is not working

Alright, so I got the game on Wednesday, and played for a few hours. I then decided to export the songs to Rock Band 2. So I entered my code online, got the code to type in on my Xbox, typed it in and downloaded the export pack. But when I click Purchase Export, I get some error and some random letters and numbers beggining with 800. Can someone please help me?

Do you happen to have a memory card? The way it worked for me (I had the same error since Tuesday), was to move EVERYTHING in my LRB directory, my Gamertag profile, and my export license key (located in the Rock Band 1 Directory) all onto my memory card. Other then that I have no clue...

Hey at least you got that far, everytime I entre my code I get told it is not found and so fay Harmonix has ignored my e-mails about it

I got the same message but then I went to the www.rockband.com/lego-export and there you enter the code on the paper and it gives you a redemption code to redeem in your account manager. Once you do that just start up Lego Rock band and go to the Export and it'll work. At least that's what I did.

Same for me... I switched from Firefox to IExplorer and only then did it finally work. Try swapping browsers or clearing your cache and see if that helps... it did for me.
