What do I do if I already have the midi for the guitar? is there a way to replace the pre-loaded blank guitar with mine that I already made?

Yes or I imagine you can just paste the midi notes into the existing midi item on the PART_GUITAR track. Any midi questions like this would be in the Reaper docs.
