    Code retrieval?

I entered the code on the site, and when I realized that the PS3 one wasn't up yet I simply left the window open. However, much to my dismay, my computer ran out of power and I did not write the code down.

I'm not sure if there's anyway I could retrieve my code from anywhere. Should I call anyone? Please help, I'm very angry right now and I'd like help ASAP.

I believe there's a support email inside the manual. They can hopefully retrieve your code or generate a new one if need be.

There IS an option on the website to have the code emailed to you, I strongly recommend anybody entering this thread that hasn't done it yet to do that exact thing.

Wow, I called EA who told me to call WB. WB did not have Lego Rock Band under it's product options. Great.

I'd much rather be on the phone with someone, it's quicker and I know someone is actually solving my problem and not a computer.

Shouldn't the code you are talking about be on the insert that came with the game?

I believe the OP is referring to the code that you get AFTER you type in the code located on the insert. They need the code that Harmonix gave.

Oooohhhhhh...well that's stupid. Not what you did...but why would they allow you to put in the code from the insert and get the code to put on your console if the console's export option wasn't ready yet?

This is from the email I received after getting my code (you have to click a button and then give some personal info and your email in order for it to email you. It's not automatic):
    Code Redemption Instructions:

Xbox 360: On the dashboard, go to "My Xbox" and navigate to your account. Select "Manage Account," then select "Redeem Code." Enter your token here.

PlayStation 3: On the cross media bar (XMB) go to the "PlayStation Network" icon and select "Account Management," then select "Redeem Codes." Enter your token here and select "Continue."

The disc export costs $10, which covers licensing fees for the on-disc songs. You'll be charged when you redeem the code.

For any questions, tech support, or export issues with LEGOŽ Rock BandŽ, please direct your queries to support@legorockbandgame.com.
    Thanks!

If anyone wanted a resolution to my story, I emailed the support email and they told me to give them a picture of the insert, disc, disc case, and a proof of purchase, which then got me my code. It works fine and is downloading as I type this. 50 more minutes (damn connection).
