Well after three different numbers I got in contact with someone in charge and they told me I Had to send a scan or photo of the game WITH A RECIEPT to an email they sent me. Unfortunately for me I got this game two weeks ago and god knows where that reciept is. Im gonna do what they say but I do not have my reciept so im wondering if they will give me any C*ap about it. Go buy another copy, don't open it, use that receipt with your already opened game, and then return the unused new game. Nobody loses.

Its not that they want the receipt from the game you bought I called gamestop and they told me its impossible to get a receipt from 2 weeks ago. I got in contact with lego rock band support. I just sent my email w/o the receipt lets see what happens

Yeah with receipts, best bet as mentioned. Just fold 'em up and keep them in the game case. That's what I do.

EBGames Canada tracked my transaction nearly a year back when my BluRay died. They emailed me the receipt and everything, no charges. You may want to try again.

I never pay cash for anything though, which made the process much easier.
