    I attempted to enter the code on the website on my PC and got the message "Code not recognised". I then tried it on the browser on the PS3 and it worked first time. I got the code to get the download file, used that, then bought the song pack through the Lego Rock Band store and now have all songs on my EU PS3. So if it doesn't work on your PC try it on the PS3 just in case.

    AU, still not working.

    I sent the email as per HMXHenry's request, explained that my code didn't work even though most people's now did. Listed my country, system, code, and what errors I was getting.

    The response I got was at about 5pm California time, and I can only assume my email wasn't actually read, because I was told that the codes now worked for most people, and that if it didn't for me, I should send them my code and a list of the errors I receieve. Of course they're only working during US business hours, so I now have at least another 15 hours to wait...

    I'm in exactly the same boat here and obviously had exactly the same response. It's just pitiful customer service and sours me on the entire Rock Band experience recently.

    So, I got a response using HMXHenry's method and it still isn't working.

    After a bit, I FINALLY got a response from WB's support to an email I sent early last week.....but still not working. It was to say they're sending it up to a different dept. So....more waiting....15 days already.

    While my code was fixed I received this response from WBganes

    "Dear Customer,
    Thank you for contacting our support department.


    The website problem with the codes has been fixed.

    However as you tried to obtain your export code before the fix was in place, your redeem code will need to be manually reset by Harmonix.

    Please provide Harmonix with your redeem code, and they in turn will reply with your export code.

    To do so, e-mail your code to:
    Redemption@rockband.com

    We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused."

    I've received the email below, but now the URL isn't even working !!

    We understand that the issue with the website not returning an appropriate redeem code has now been fixed.

    Please try entering your code again on http://www.rockband.com/lego-export/
