Game code not found/out of export tokens

Bought the game online and went to redeem my code just now.
First of all it cam up with a region error of some sort, now its saying already redeemed :-(

Have emailed and PM'ed.
Hopefully can get this sorted quickly.

Don't hold your breath. I bought the game this morning, got an error with the code at around 3:00pm and e-mailed them right afterwards. Still haven't heard back from them.

I won't be surprised if I don't hear back until Monday. Whoever designed this code redeeming system should seriously be fired. I'm not one to get worked up over little things, but in this one forum, there are a few dozen threads in different sub-forums with hundreds of people having issues with this.

Not to mention it's so convoluted in the first place that people with working codes (yes, they exist) are having trouble figuring it out. The game has been out for 2 months, this should not be happening. No excuses.

I have the same problem as smasher, first it gave me some sort of "region error" and when I refreshed the page, it gave me the dreaded "Code has been redeemed" message! Already PM'd HMXHenry about this and gave him my code to be reset. I hope this gets sorted out. I can wait patiently as long as it gets resolved. I just hope HMXHenry can help us.

Btw, just curious, to those getting the "region error," what's your location?

i also purchased the game yesterday and got a regional error when i first tried to enter my code, then restarted the browser and tried again and got the "code has been redeemed" message, have tried since with safari, firefox and ps3 browser and still get the same. have emailed the support site aswell as PM'D HMXHenry, what kind of time period does it take to get a reply?

also was wondering what your thoughts were on taking it back to the shop i got it from and get an exchange under "faulty"? and try that code?

Also had the "region error" code plus "code already redeemed". Pretty frustrating. Game bought from amazon.co.uk, PS3 version in case it makes any difference. Going to email support right now. Jesus I hope the Rock Band Network goes far better than this...

Well you're lucky if that works, let me know because I was planning the same thing... I just doubt that the store won't believe that you're just saying it's not working so you can get an export code again... They should've just put the export key in PSN Store and avoided all this mess... Is the bandwidth fee of PSN really that expensive? It's appalling enough that the export key is $10 but I won't complain if the service was actually good... I think this is a classic case of greediness... I just hope they'd release a key on PSN like that of RB1 in the future. I'm sure it'd really help a lot of people and restore a little more faith in HMX customer service. Remember, if it wasn't for us, you wouldn't be here now... IMHO.

well i was planning to go in and just say the console doesnt pick up the disc when inserted and could i have another copy? if we get a new code do we have to use the lego rock band export website or is there a way to do it through the psn?
